'The facility and stay were excellent. The staff was helpful even helping us overcome Expedias screw up and not having a reservation available. Expedias call center said it takes 24 hours to process a reservation and did not notify me of this. We tried to check-in with an Expedia reservation at 22 hours The call center was difficult to deal with'

'Maintenance on the building is subpar for the price point. Fridge was frozen over in the room and froze the drinks I put in it. If the AC unit is at a super low temp when you enter the room…there’s a reason. Don’t make the mistake of turning it to a “normal” temp or you will end up sleeping in a swamp. Whatever disinfectant/cleaner they use smelled overpowering in the room. Door paint and bathroom caulking desperately needed attention. I was a single adult traveler and got put on the same floor...

'I booked a room, went to check in….hotel was paid for…lady at desk was extremely rude on 3-11 shift and said with extreme sarcasm that all rooms were booked regardless of a confirmation number. The desk clerk turned me away and said Expedia will reimburse me. Where is my reimbursement? Explanation needed please'

'Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I didn't like being approached as I was trying to leave after checking out by people from the street, sweating and wanting me to give them a ride. That made me feel a bit unsafe, and it was right outside the lobby where I checked out. I did raise a concern that some people were walking up, when I was checking out.'
