'The hotel as such is very good, but the staff leaves much to be desired for. We chose this hotel because they offer a round the clock airport shuttle. We paid more for this hotel because of this service. When we checked in, we were informed that the next morning the shuttle wouldn't run for a while, but they would order a taxi (that we had to pay). At 6AM we're told there is no taxi available. In the end they had the shuttle running. We had to leave our luggage up to them. At the...

'The room had enough space for the 3 of us. The cleaning every day was amazing. The walking distance to restaurants and the bus was close by. We enjoyed the calmness of the hotel. The pool was great but no so cozy.'

'I had a great experience during my stay! The staff was very friendly, and the doorman kindly helped with my luggage from a distance, since taxis have to stop about half a block away—the hotel is located on a pedestrian street. The lounge area was a nice bonus, always stocked with desserts and drinks, and perfect for relaxing or having a conversation. Overall, a warm and welcoming place. Highly recommended!'
