'The best hotel in town'

'Really unique stay in a motel converted from an old high school. The room was clean, comfortable, and had some of the character of an old school room. Definitely a nice change from the usual hotel experience.'

'Few things did not want to work, quite of few light bulbs in the room were burnt out, door key cards would not work (4) to be exact and had the desk re-issue me new ones every time, loud freaking music and stomping through out the night…. The list Can go on but I’ll leave it at that. On a positive note, the staff was great, really cool and nice people for sure… 💯 '

'Linens were laundered in a prison. Dirty boot prints on all layers of blankets and sheets and stained carpet. Closet so dark I had to drop the safe door on my hand before knowing what it was. How does it open again? Ultra-modern. Not at all preserved historic part of the historic register. Nothing was preserved. A/C was very quiet! Previous reviews said this and why I stayed here. Perfectly quiet room. I would stay again because of the quietness. Breakfast downstairs and bar/restaurant...

'The room was clean but was missing garbage liners and body wash in shower. Staff was exceptional and bed was extremely comfortable!'

'The property was a little outdated and could use some renovations as far as the bathrooms go. They were actively doing renos during our weekend stay so hopefully that will be for the best!! The staff members were so lovely during every interaction I had with them.'

Years and years of loving curation provide pure eye candy for visitors while lending a true element of grandmacore nostalgia, exhibiting decades of a life well lived in every available space!! The host, Burnette, is a lovely lady and greets you with the warmth of a grandmother, happy to welcome you in with a cup of hot tea! Breakfast was a scrumptious homemade quiche and cherries jubilee! We look forward to returning!! '
