'We did not get a breakfast. The telephone in the room was broken,the sliding door was so hard to push open or close. We had to call the maintenance man to get the tv to work. So many things had gone wrong we didn’t even try the shower. We had gone here for our 56th anniversary so we were very disappointed.'

'The property was very clean and had everything we needed after a long day on the Katy Trail. However, I’m not sure it was upscale enough to require such a large deposit?'

'Communication from host was fantastic! We stayed in the winter season for a conference so we didn't spend to much time at the unit. Check In / Lock was easy. No hiccups. Would be a fun place to stay during summer / warmer season to take advantage of lake and deck opportunities. '
