Dame receptie bood direct aan bij inchecken om het bed van de pubers te splitsen zodat broer en zus een eigen bed hadden. Er was niet veel te doen waardoor dame receptie tegelijkertijd de bestelling van het ontbijt moest doen. Met auto naar dorpje en lookoutpoint is prima. '

'We stayed in a really spacious clean modern dog friendly cabin! A nice driveway park next to the cabin, easy to moveuer from outside to inside. The deck was spacious with two bar stools overlooking the pond with ducks and geese. The deck has a breakfast bench so nice spot to enjoy a morning cuppa.

'One of the rooms they put us in had a damaged front door which we found out it was damaged the night before , the manger try to screw the door back together but it was busted so they not only moved us but also next door as they had there door kick. The other room was ok but had a smell and didn’t have a smoke detector just the mounting plate.'
'After staying here twice this week, I am really surprised at the high ratings this motel has. To be fair, there really aren't many choices in Barcaldine so reviews are perhaps relative. On our way west, we were given room #24 - definitely don't stay in that one. It was clean and the mattress and pillows were comfortable, but it was in very poor repair. The wardrobe literally had broken handles hanging off it, the smoke detector had been removed, the bedside lights were blinding fluorescent bulbs...
