'Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. 'The staff overall were amazing. The butler staff Olo and Valtine where so helpful. The housekeeper was super at her job and the door staff, checking staff and dining staff were very professional and friendly. The rooms. Are beautify but the staff take this hotel to the next level. '
