'Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping and Service
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not cleaned for four consecutive days, despite the fact that I complained to the hotel team every single day.
Even after repeated complaints, basic amenities were not provided, including shampoo, tissues, and clean towels. Having to continuously ask for basic necessities during a hotel stay is unacceptable.

'Drain smell in room, stained sheets, asked for new towels and stained too. I left after one day and moved to another hotel. When i gave reasons for checking out early, reception did not care.'
'No one must go to this property. We 5 people checked in and gave only 1 towel. When asked for just 2 more, they acted like rude! The front desk persons are really don’t know how to behave to the customers!'
