'Nothing special. The room was big and well designed. Good coffee downstairs. However there were inconveniences that made my stay unpleasant. I asked for bottled water because I don't know about the Slovakian tap water. They didn't have any for me down at the reception. Then when the front desk called me they said: i found a bottle, you can come down. The room had 2 AC systems that wouldn't turn off. It was super hot in the room the whole time. I decided to unplug the AC systems as it was...

'Location is usually a priority in choosing a hotel: Close to transportation, attractions, restaurants and shops. Glacia Neuva isn’t located close to anything. Two hours from Bratislava or from Kosice, this hotel is a destination. (if you have more money than time, the hotel has a helipad.) The blue edifice with a commanding views in all directions, retains the majesty of its origins as a 600 year old castle, Elegant and rich in history, this hotel is more than worth the journey.'

'J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel afin d'aller découvrir les montagnes slovaques. J'ai passé peu de temps dans ma chambre mais elle était très spacieuse. Le personnel parle un bon anglais et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le sauna. '

'Nice room with window that opens. Most hotel staff speaks English, some with difficulty. Breakfast is good with warm and cold items, and the music played was less depressive than last year. A coffee/tea machine would make the room a lot better. Wifi should also be upgraded, it sometimes disconnects and the signal is very weak in some areas (it was best in the bathroom for some reason...).'

'Very nice staff, great and interesting looking hotel, and good location. Only downside is the lack of airconditioning in the room on these hot summer days. '

"Een zeer mooi appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Zakopane op loopafstand (ca. 5 minuutjes). Zeer aan te raden, ook met (kleine) kinderen. Spa kun je reserveren, is gratis (infrarood cabine en een sauna), gym ligt ernaast. Tatra-gebergte met openbaar vervoer of eigen auto makkelijk bereikbaar. We hebben genoten!"
