'We rented the cabin for a weekend getaway from the city. It was exactly as described. Check in was super easy and Miss Barbara was right on point with answering my questions. She was so accommodating as we were driving 4 hours to come. So easy to work with. The stay was cozy, there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the cabin was clean and stocked with amenities. The property is extremely pet friendly. Our dogs had a wonderful time. Getting around was a breeze with 4wd...

'Terrible stay due to people in the neighboring room watching loud action movies late into the night forcing us to switch rooms at 2:30 AM. This was the only thing that kept me from giving the hotel a 5 star rating. The room I moved to was very quiet. The hotel was very clean and updated throughout and located in an ideal spot with lots of food and shopping nearby. I had requested a room on the top floor at the end of a hallway in hopes of a quiet stay and they granted my request. All encounters...

'My room number was 105, 1st floor in Alleghany Springs. The dishwasher needed to be reattached to the wall, the 2 screws were clearly sitting on the counter above, but this was not repaired before our stay. Each time opened, the DW jarred forward, ugh! The room was clean, & adequate for the 4 of us, realizing that sofa beds are never the most comfortable. '

'Overall enjoyed this cabin. Did end up having trouble with the hot tub, called the help line, spoke with someone in the office, she was a little rude about the hot tub button not working. Sent a guy out, he was very nice told us that we just had to prime the button and explained it to us.'
