THE ROOM WAS OK, NOTHING TO BRAG ABOUT. THE WORST PART OF OUR STAY WAS THAT THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE MORNING. THE MANAGER SAID THAT THEY WERE WORKING ON RESTORING THE HOT WATER BUT IT WOULD LIKELY TAKE 2 HOURS BEFORE WE WOULD HAVE HOT WATER, BUT WE HAD A FAMILY FUNERAL TO ATTEND & COULD NOT WAIT. BY THE TIME WE LEFT, IT WAS STARTING TO GET WARM. THE MANAGER SAID THAT HAD WE BOOKED DIRECTLY THRU THEM, HE WOULD HAVE GIVEN US A FULL REFUND BUT SINCE WE BOOKED THRU HOTELS.COM, THE BEST HE COULD DO WAS TO DEDUCT THE HOTEL'S $28 "SERVICE" FEE.
