'The only thing we didn’t like was that there is no dresser to put clothes in. We think that is kind of strange since there is adequate room for a dresser. We love everything else about this hotel. We have stayed numerous times here and it’s always been wonderful.'

2. Put some towel bars in the bathrooms!
A room with two queen beds is clearly meant for multiple people. However, there was a single hook on the wall. No rod to hang multiple bath towels, no place for hand towels. One single hook for everyone to share for every type...

'This could have been a nice stay but there was a large group partying that made it miserable. Front desk person appeared out of it. A separate group had screaming kids running up and down the halls. No coffee maker in room. Room is very basic. Probably our last time.'

'Room was clean and looked great. Tissues were designed at the top beautifully like a flower but hated the thought of putting something on my face someone already touched on. Breakfast was good Saturday but they were so packed that on Sunday it was sparse. Pool was warm but dirty in the bottom. I would give it another shot if the rate was cheaper. '

'There is no housekeeping unless you are in the room. The only deliveries to the room is via robot. No in room dining. Rooms were not that clean. Not convenient to downtown. Casino was great and casino restaurants were great. The hotel needs to step it up.'
