'Honestly I would have given them a bad review because I discovered crunched up chips under the fitted sheet, the fridge leaked water all over the food I put in there, and I had trouble with the key card not working at one point. However, they were friendly and took care of the problems very quickly. There was plenty of breakfast and drink options in the morning and the beds were comfortable. The dog treat bags they gave me for my two dogs were a nice touch and the outside pet area was also...

'We've driven by this property for years & now finally stayed here. Very nice property - inside & out. Rooms very large & clean. Nice back patio overlooking the river below. Huge beautiful pool. Nice size parking lot that could accommodate RV's. Warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening. Haven't tried breakfast yet, but they do offer hot food, not just continental. Would stay here again.'

'We were attending bike races. While the resort was beautiful it had its limitations. Very few restaurants were open, also the shops weren’t all open. I understand it’s not their busy season, but there were over 500 people attending the races. We were expecting food vendors, or even food trucks. We had to drive 30 minutes to another town for restaurants and groceries. Convenient for watching the races, but not for other things. '

'This is our go-to hotel in McCall. We've had 2 family reunions here. The staff and accommodations are perfect for us. We live closer now, so visited recently. My husband was so impressed the manager remembered our family name! '
