'Jessica, the manager at Best Western checked me in and I have to say she is amazing. She was very personable and helpful, but what was most exceptional about her hospitality was that she seemed to anticipate my requests and automatically started solving for them. I was traveling with my 13 year old lab who has bad hips, as soon as I mentioned this Jessica immediately switched my room to a first floor room and mentioned a medication that her dog really improved on and suggested I ask my vet about...

'Huge room, after shower seat, comfy beds, coffee in room (and a stand in the parking lot with fancy coffee), pizza delivered within 20 minutes, not a franchise. Oh - this - there were two rolled cleaning rags on my motorcycle in the morning. Ace.'

'We were attending bike races. While the resort was beautiful it had its limitations. Very few restaurants were open, also the shops weren’t all open. I understand it’s not their busy season, but there were over 500 people attending the races. We were expecting food vendors, or even food trucks. We had to drive 30 minutes to another town for restaurants and groceries. Convenient for watching the races, but not for other things. '
