'A beautiful hotel in a great location near the state sign next door to the Country Music museum. Our room keys gave us free access to the museum too which was a great surprise. A lovely roof terrace bar with friendly staff and great food.'

'Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation'

'We stayed at this hotel last year and it is definitely not a normal hotel. There is no iron, no ice machine, no breakfast, and no lobby restroom. We knew that this time and were prepared. We chose it because of the laundry room. It's really nice and big. We planned our trip around stopping there and using the laundry room halfway through our trip. It's very clean and nice. The front desk staff was friendly.'

Trash emptied 1 time towels twice , NO wipe down , mopping ,vacuuming and NO CLEAN SHEETS ! Management acted like its no big deal "we clean on a rotating schedule " which i took to mean every other month , possibly quarterly . ALL I know is that I've NEVER...
