Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

'Nice studio apartment room. Parking in the back was kind of tight for a big SUV but we were assigned parking spot 4 which was next to a structural pillar. Other than that everything was nice and clean. Will definitely rent this place again. Very walkable area and next to the river.'

'It grows on you. Great location if you want to experience east 6th. Rocking pool with happy hour. Nice restaurant with rooftop bar. Eclectic decor and gift shop. Overall, very fun. Was not disappointed, but half the hotel has hostel style private rooms with shared bath. Gated parking, secure entry. Interesting shops, nice walk to east Austin neighborhoods. Close to downtown and capital of Texas. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Shower shoes provided with robes.'

Very impressed with the super prompt and helpful text communications with the hotel. And loved the Jura machine with coffee beans locally sourced via ATX’s own Texas Coffee Traders!'
