'Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service! Parked and immediately greeted by the host who called a shuttle to take us up to the lobby. On the way we stopped to see a sloth in the trees as well as a pair of macaws. They took our luggage and guided us into the restaurant with amazing views. 'Amazing views and the terrace with the jacuzzi is absolutely worth it. Daily cleaning with fresh towels, coffee/tea refills, and everything left spotless. The bed was super big and very comfortable. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, both via WhatsApp and in person. The road is steep but manageable with an SUV (no 4x4 needed), and walking takes just 7–10 minutes. We loved that it’s away from the busy center—much more peaceful...

'Dit hotel is waanzinnig! Wij hadden een prachtige kamer met prive zwembad. Het uitzicht was adembenemend. Elk detail van dit hotel klopt. De inrichting van de kamers, de zwembaden en het restaurant is van het hoogste niveau. Het eten in het restaurant was zeer smakelijk evenals het ontbijt. Wij hadeen het geluk dat er 2 luiaards in de bomen op het terrein van het hotel zaten. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Wij kunnen dit hotel iedereen aanbevelen! Wij komen hier zeker terug!!!'
