'Nice hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Close to the ferry to/from Puntarenas. Located in a hill ensuring great views. Welcome to the hotel was very friendly. We arrived early but that was not a problem at all. Personnel in general ok but not all very friendly. New to us in Costa Rica where we find hotelstaff in general very kind. Hotel meals in the evening are ok and also good prized. The room was nice and spacious. Not all was clean though incl a dark stain in a sheet. Nice pool with beds. Our checkout...

'The restaurant was excellent morning, noon and night...but with the night eating it is only reservations ONLY at 6,7,8,9....but you cannot make them there at restaurant, juist at the front desk. I e-mailed them to make reservationes for that evening, and 5 days later still no response so I am very happy I made a special trip to front desk to get it taken care of. Food was great. Only problem for me was no ice machine in building #3 as I walked the floors one evening for 15 minutes and finally...

'This was a great property located right on the beach in Playa Hermosa. The rooms were very clean with ac and nice high ceilings. The staff was friendly and helpful and the view was amazing. Walking distance to many restaurants. Would stay here again if I’m back in the area!'
