'Perfect gelegen hotel vlakbij het centrum van Santa Elena en dichtbij de activiteiten die er in Monteverde te doen zijn. De kamers zijn keurig. Het ontbijt is simpel, maar prima. De hele dag staat er gratis koffie en thee en er mag gebruik worden gemaakt van de gedeelde keuken. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en helpt zonder meerkosten met het boeken van activiteiten. Het enige nadeel was dat onze kamer direct aan de weg lag wat wel wat overlast veroorzaakte door brommers die...

'Nice and very clean hotel, staff is really nice and welcoming , I book standard room when I saw that it was small room but the manager for very kind when I request them if they can upgrade room for me they did and they didn’t even charge me for that They all make sure that my stay in Hotel is more comfortable and nice Thanks to all stuff members for their kindness and for their best service I recommend this hotel to everyone !!! They deserve a 5 star rating !!! Good place for families !!!!'
