'Estuve llamando cantidades de veces mas de una semana antes de mi llegada al hotel y incluso correos electronicos para pedir informacion y hacer unos cambios y nadie respondio. Para al servicio al cliente es horrible. Yo en lo personal no vuelvo a hospedarme en este hotel. Estuve una semana entera en este hotel y para hacer reservaciones para los restaurante todas me la rechazaron. Pague premium para nada. '
