'I stayed overnight with friends and booked Villa 3. As soon as we walked into the villa, there was a really bad smell. The sinks looked dirty, and the toilets were honestly disgusting. What bothered us the most was the security guard constantly checking on us. We weren’t being loud or causing any problems, yet the guard came to our villa three different times. 'We stayed at Prime Asia Hotel from July 14–16 and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean, and the food was okay. What stood out most was how pet-friendly the hotel was. Milo and Lulu were comfortable throughout our stay, which meant a lot to us. The staff were also very attentive, responsive, friendly, and warm. 'This is not first time we stayed at this hotel, it’s the convenience that we keep on coming back. However we noticed that it’s declining. The unit itself needs maintenance. It smells . I think it’s coming from sewer. There was no hot water. These are important factors. Please address maintenance issues'
