Strandhotels in Central Philippines Region

'Positive note: I smelt the freshness of the beddings. The staff were friendly and smiling. Negative notes: the toilet seat was ill-fitted , I end up sitting on the toilet bowl as the seat kept sliding backwards. The carpet was stained needs a good shampooing or replacing. I wiped the bed side table and telephone apparatus and they were really dusty and grubby. Food in the restaurant was costly for it's quality.'

'Twee nachten geweest, prima hotel. '

'The staff are friendly and attentive.'

'Decent place to stay while in the small urban community of Concepcion. Hospitable and accommodating staff.'

'We've stayed here many times. It's a nice, clean and quiet hotel, has an excellent breakfast buffet and is right next to the mall. Free parking just outside or at the SM garage. The only problem we had this time was a foul septic or sewer gas odor that came from the bathroom and affected the entire room. We reported it the first evening but the guy just sprayed lysol. It woke us up at 0100 the second night. I suspected it was coming up from one of the drains so I ran the water until morning to...

'I was really looking forward to this stay. The pictures online are beautiful, reality was a bit different. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed and the surfaces were clean, under the cabinets was filthy and there were spiderwebs in the corners of the room. A light was in poor repair and falling off the wall. There are many lights in the room but only one light in the bathroom. I was only provided with two bath towels, hand towels and face cloths would have been nice.'

'Nice place'

'De mensen van het hotel waren zeer behulpzaam! '

'Staff were amazing and friendly. Door guys were nice and I give Robert 5 stars for friendliness. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had a room looking out on the red street. A little noisy at night only because of the night life. But would stay there again when I return.'

'Staff is always friendly and accommodating'

'It is a very nice, confortable, quiet and affordable hotel. The staff is very friendly. The only thing that worries me is that they change every day really all the bedding, even the blankets. Such a waist. '

'前回まで(2024年3月～2026年3月)まで、年に2回、3回は利用していました、朝食が必ず付いていました 予約時説明文では朝食付きでしたが チェックイン時 朝食は付いていないとの事 最悪です。今後、ホテルタイプの予約 考えます。'

'Overall I give this place 5 stars for everything Staff Cleanliness Amenities Just everything'
