Cute pet-friendly cottage
Stay was great, place is very cozy and cute, and welcoming for my dogs (and so clean you wouldn't know they allow dogs). Owners are on site and were great--available but not intrusive.

Short and sweet stay.
Quiet area, very clean room. Restful night sleep. Charming decor. Air conditioning was great. Only thing needed was a TV and better coffee cups and cream for coffee. Dog friendly.

Perfect size and location
The property was in a great location to launch our Southern Oregon wine tasting trip. The property was well appointed and thoughtfully designed. The yard was perfect for our dog to explore and do her business! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all our friends!

Cute and Comfortable
Lovely cottage that was nicely decorated and comfortable. Fenced backyard for our little rescue dogs was wonderful and gave them some off-leash time. We were offered delicious raspberries, mulberries and fresh herbs from their gardens. The bed and loveseat were very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well-appointed. If you are planning an extended stay like we did, be aware that it’s a bit of an inconvenience not having a microwave, TV or an actual coffeemaker. We made do reading books and listening to music in the evenings. Having a stove, full-sized fridge/freezer and use of the washer and dryer was great. Overall, a peaceful and comfortable place to stay and the owners were extremely friendly and responsive. We’ll definitely stay there again next time we are in Central Point.

Perfect for a couple needing a sleepover along the way
We had a one night sleepover at this cozy comfy studio with our dogboy that was lovely and clean. Location was a couple blocks from the main drag, perfect for a quiet evening and dog walking. Wish we could have taken this place with us to our final destination outside Portland, it was that good for us. The owners sweet attention to detail really made this place special. Thank you for sharing with us travelers, I appreciate it.

Great stay
Stayed at Bee Well on our way up the coast and found it charming, clean, and cozy! The unit was well stocked, parking was not an issue, the bed was cozy, and the internet was fast. There are some great local spots for food and coffee. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful guesthouse
We stayed in this guesthouse during Christmas weekend. It was very clean and decorated so cute! We had our dog with us and she loved it! We highly recommend staying here for your next vacation. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

My stay at this property was too short. I absolutely loved my weekend here! The guest house was small, it incredibly open and roomy. It gave a sense of home for me. It was super clean and I loved how the host stocked it with organic/clean products. That made it that much better. I highly recommend staying here!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Brie and Chad’s place and it was wonderful. Although we only stayed for 2 nights, we had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable and the decorations were so cute! We loved our time here!

Cute place but beware no TV or privacy
We loved the cuteness and location. However when there is no tv, this should be pointed out in the listing as it is a “Standard” to offer a tv of some sort. Also there is no microwave oven. There is no real privacy as the shades come out from the wall about 3 inches and barely cover the window leaving a huge gap for someone to peer in. Also it was hard to sleep since it let in the light and shone right in my eyes when sleeping. There must have been a porch light or something on. I also suggest a full size ironing board instead of a small table top one. There is ample storage for one. Also a teapot or something better than a sauce pan to boil water in to make coffee with the coffee press. Other than that it was very clean and comfortable. Location was close proximity to the little town. There is a little cafe called Crack’n Stsck our relatives said was great. We walked the few blocks to it Sunday morning only to discover it is not open on Sundays.

Great place
We stayed 3 nights, did 2 full days of hiking in crater lake, and this was a great place to unwind after long days. Everything is as described, a lot of thoughtful touches. We enjoyed the outdoor lounges at night listening to music from a concert nearby. Don’t know if we will be back in the area, we live in SC, but I would rent the place again.

Our stay with Brie and Chad was wonderful! We were lucky to book an overnight stay on our way traveling from Washington to California as well as on the way back through. Accommodations were fantastic, house rules were easy to follow, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, nice to walk around at after a long day in the car. Would love to stay again!

This was a charming little gem! Nice decorator touches throughout, comfy bed with a variety of pillows to choose from, and a lively fenced yard for our dog to share. Will definitely stay there again on our trips between OR and CA.

Quaint guesthouse
Cute, clean, easy to find guesthouse. It’s in a great location, you are roughly two hours away from the beach and two hours away from the redwoods. A great place to get away for the week. For sure I’ll come back for another stay.

Wonderful Place to Stay
We arrived late due to a highway closing. The host was amazing to communicate with. She made our late arrival easy for us to get in and settled. The house was amazing and perfect for my daughter and I during our stay here. I wish we had more time. There was many things to see around town. We also had to leave early one morning for the next part of our trip. She made it just as easy to leave as it was to arrive. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. I would like to go back again some day.

Perfect Location
This was the perfect place to explore southern Oregon from Grants Pass to Ashland. A short walk to the main drag of Central Point. Cheese lovers don’t pass up a visit to the Rouge Creamy a short walk from this property. I’d stay again when back in the area.

Nice oasis
So glad hosts allow one-night stays, perfect for me on my way through the Medford area. Really appreciated all their efforts to make this a restful and clean place. It was wonderful to find the room aired out with the windows open when I arrived, and so nice to have a yoga mat provided after a long day in the car! The house is several blocks away from the freeway, and there is very low traffic in this neighborhood, adds to the restfulness. Will definitely check on this place when in the area again!

Clean but the bed was terrible
The unit was clean, but there were so many other things that were not at all up to par. Only one wash clothe, the window coverings didn't cover the edges of the windows, so it lacked privacy. No facial tissues. One garbage can for the entire place. They wanted you to wash your dishes, which means that if you didn't do a good job, how would the next guests know? The bed was very uncomfortable.

Hey there Ralph~ We've updated our mattress and boxspring, so that it no longer squeaks and is now even more comfortable! There are actually two trashcans located in the 400 SF guesthouse and there are additional towels and wash cloths in the walk-in closet for guest's use. The facial tissues have been replenished.
