We had a free update and stayed in a suite for one night. never wanted to leave but we had to travel up north. the hotel is near Donmuang airport so not near Bangkok center. great mall nearby. The hotel is beautiful: friendly staff, pool, spa, restaurants! if you don't mind travelling every day I would recommend this hotel!!'

'I really enjoyed the staff and they were super helpful. The price was good as well. I had a great time doing their 12 step challenge, and if others have time/days to do it, they should because it will allow travelers to get to know other travelers or even the staff.'

This was all at 3:00 am. This took the gentleman several hours to arrange this. He would not any gratuity at all! We wee leaving the next morning for a Chiang Mai, so he was a a Godsend!
The hotel is very close to Don Muang Airport. The suites are huge. The breakfast was good.
