Gloednieuwe 2020 Reno van Federal Style House, op steenworp afstand van Downtown Brandon

Historische koloniale koloniale stijl met 6 slaapkamers in het centrum van Brandon, volledig gerenoveerd in 2020. Het huis ligt op een hectare grond dat grenst aan de rivier de Neshobe, op een steenworp afstand van winkels van Brandons, restaurants, brouwerij, bakkerij, kunstgalerijen, supermarkt, etc.

Geniet van hardhouten vloeren, koks keuken, speelkamer met pool- en sjoelbaktafels, eetkamer, woonkamer, etc. Twee gast badkamers op de eerste verdieping en 4 badkamers boven die de slaapkamers dienen. Dankzij de flexibele indeling van de slaapkamer kunnen 1-3 gezinnen comfortabel verblijven.

Blijf bij ons terwijl u het gebied bezoekt voor een bruiloft, College Homecoming of Parents 'Weekend, Fall Foliage, Skiën, of gewoon om te ontspannen in de natuurlijke schoonheid van centraal Vermont. Gelegen in de nabijheid van Lake Dunmore, Neshobe Golf Club, Middlebury en Rutland.

We have rented a lot of houses and this has been voted #1 by my family. The kitchen was super well stocked with cookware, plates, utensils and an awesome oven/stove to cook on. The pool table, darts, and shuffleboard entertained us for hours. The cozy living room provided family time in comfort. The house is beautiful - thank you for a wonderful experience in a super cute town.

We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay at your place again. It was so wonderful to have all of our adult children in one place cooking Thanksgiving dinner together vs everyone showing up with their favorite dishes at the end of the day. Music, laughter and mixing spoons! We had so much fun while the little ones danced and played together. All of the games were great and our 6 year old grandson even learned how to play Chess. Each day was filled with pool, darts and shuffle board competitions. It was perfect being able to walk out of the house and next door for dinner and shopping the other days. We appreciate you guys hosting our family! Happy Holidays!

The house is gorgeous with beautiful accents that tie the house to the town history such as marble, cast iron, etc. It was nice to be a short walk to the restaurants in town and the grocery store. My husband and I rented this house for our wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect. We used the house for the bridal party to get ready as it is just a few steps away from the Brandon Inn where we got married. We also had our first look right out in the back yard and did some of our initial photographs. The house was extremely clean, beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with far more than the usual. And the bathrooms had plenty of linens and bath towels as well as hair dryers. We will fondly remember our stay here forever and hope to come back again someday.

The house was incredible - in wonderful shape for such an old home! Both beautiful and comfortable. The location was perfect and the amenities were terrific. It was perfect for our stay and bonus - we know the area so well that we knew the prior home owners! We had one small complaint - the ice maker in the refrigerator was not working. Normally this might not be that much of a problem, but it’s mid-summer and very hot, and we have a big family. Not the end of the world, but frustrating.

This house was just great! Beautifully renovated old house with lots of amenities to make it very comfortable. The location, just off the Central Park in Brandon was perfect for restaurants and strolling the downtown. The host was attentive and easy to reach. Highly recommended this house.

This home in Brandon is a real gem! Absolutely perfect for our 3 generation get-together — clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated with fantastic kitchen and living spaces too. One of the best!

We use Vrbo a fair amount and this was definitely one of the best all around. It was clean and comfortable, without being cluttered. The location was absolutely perfect. We loved the shuffleboard, PacMan arcade game and pool table. We had everything we needed. I am only sorry that it had to be such a short stay.

Girls Weekend

You will not be disappointed! Lance has a beautiful home right in downtown Brandon. We had 7 girls and had plenty of room to park 3 cars in the spacious driveway. We hung out comfortably in the outdoor Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, enjoyed the beautifully big dining room table as well as the large comfy sectional to watch movies and hang with our morning coffees. There’s no need for your car as it’s an easy walk to the downtown restaurants, shops, Hannaford, Walgreens. Our favorite was 22 Park Eatery… delish! The house has so much space and was immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Truly a pleasure to be there. You will love the house and the town of Brandon. Just superb!

Lovely stay in Brandon!

We were looking for a place halfway between Middleberry and Rutland to see old haunts of my sons. We had a marvelous time in lances house. It was well appointed well stocked and just gorgeous actually comfortable too. we played horseshoes and walked back to the creek and generally enjoyed the lawn and flowers.
