'God location close to town.'

'Nice location with great views from the rooms. The rooms however do need a modernization (the bathrooms in particular) and the floors were a bit smeary with residue of cleanser. Be aware that the road leading there has many pot-holes (a warning sign would be helpful, especially when arriving in the dark) and while that may not be in the purview of the hotel, those on the driveway and parking area should at least be fixed by the hotel.'

'Great place to stay, room was specious with excellent amenities. Staff/ manager was brilliant and their food was terrific, really a quality restaurant they have over there.'

'What a little gem Hill End Lodge was. We arrived late at night - cold and tired. John welcomed us warmly and Sue and Laura cooked up a storm for us. The place was warm and welcoming. Food and drinks were excellent and the atmosphere was just beautiful. Cabin was set in the most beautiful surroundings and cosy and comfortable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return. Thanks all. '
