'As one of the cheaper luxury hotels in the city, Sofitel did not disapoint. The Service was outstanding. Everybody was extremely helpful and spoke good English. The room was big, clean and had a separate bath and shower. The Only minor setback is the location. although it's not too far from the bell tower area, it's still about 20 minutes on foot.'

'We had an enjoyable stay at Gran Melia Xi'an. Our room was clean , spacious and have great amenities. All the staff especially the staff at the Red Level club lounge were helpful , friendly and spare no effort to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Xi'an'

'We had a lovely stay. The room was quite comfortable, although the bed was a little too soft. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. There's a shopping mall just a 5-minute walk from the hotel that has lots of great restaurant choices. The subway is close, and it's also very convenient to get a taxi. Great swimming pool. Excellent shower in the room as well. I would stay at the Hilton again. '
