'I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the service to the facilities. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the location in the heart of Oxford Street made it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing'

'Good value for the reasonable price, central location, comfortable bed, and fresh fruit in the morning. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very easy to stay in this place. Was quiet and not crowded.'

Dat kwam, vertelde men mij,...

'Great place, nice roof bar, very nice staff in the best area, lots of restaurants nearby. Also excellent kitchen at Roots hotel'

'Nice place with a lot of potential. Staff were very friendly. However, there is room improvement. The pool was green and unusable. We had 3 apartments between 5 of us. We had to go through everything to find enough cutlery, plates and a tiny pot to be able to cook anything. Had hot water only twice. There are dishwashers and a washing machine but none of them are connected. Air-conditioning worked well. Great position in Osu - can walk everywhere.'

' Roaches in the room'

'Room needs proper renovation'

'Cold A?C, Good shower and bed was comfortable. No frills and a good night sleep in a quiet location.'

'The place is in the middle of a bustling street; the fish room I got was so noisy with the music and cars from the streets below; had to have to changed a different one with a better sound control; the facility itself was overpriced compared to others'

'We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact.'
