'The physical atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful and well maintained. the staff were less than helpful. They openly admitted making an error that ended up putting an additional hold on my card in excess of $250 over what the room bill was. Their response: “we apologize but you will just need to wait for your bank to release the hold”. And they don’t provide any receipts at time of check-in or check-out….you are at the mercy of waiting for their emails.'

'The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it.'

'This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Parked when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until we left to head back home. Right across the street from the Peace Center where we caught an off broadway show.'

'Free laundry at the sister hotel across the street and free printing in the business center. The staff at both the holiday inn and the sister hotel were just the nicest people. Went above and beyond for us! Only con is that the cleaning agent they use is a heavily perfumed floral. If you're sensitive to smells, maybe skip this hotel.'

'Nice hotel in downtown Greenville. The hotel and room were very clean, staff was friendly, valet parking for an affordable nightly rate. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice enough and I appreciate the 11AM check out.'

'A quaint little B &B with chalkboard walls. Rooms are small which is probably why the largest bed was a queen. Very nice kitchen area. I didn’t like not having any staff on site and relying on codes to open doors. All in all, it was a nice little house but with no staff.'

'Definitely the most comfortable and relaxing place we stayed @ during our 9 day, 4 state road trip. Lindsy and Cheryl were awesome. This place is a true gem and we look forward to to our next stay there.'

'I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well maintained, with good AC, reliable WiFi, and a fridge and TV that made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was included and convenient, and the hot water was consistently warm. Overall, everything I needed was provided and I would consider staying again.'

'This place is right in the heart of Greenville! Turn left and it’s a short walk to Augusta St Gather GVL and Unity/Mayberry Park. Turn right and a short walk you’re at Liberty Bridge/Reedy Park Falls and Main Street. 30mins walk up Main and you’re at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Kasa is non contactless apartments (no person in lobby) but contacting them through their portal was always met with quick replies to any questions. The apartment was spacious & clean. Was very thankful to have laundry...
