Era e rimane molto bella, ma purtroppo ho notato minor cura degli ambienti comuni (pulizia meno accurata, luci non funzionanti).
Il proprietario è sempre attento e disponibile, abbiamo segnalato un problema e si è subito attivato per la soluzione; ma probabilmente lo staff delle pulizie e manutenzione è cambiato e purtroppo si vede.'

'We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was dreamy with a classic clawfoot tub and beautiful windows. Water pressure was amazing. Our room overlooked a big persimmon tree. You could also hear church bells and the roosters which made the experience. The staff was incredible and very attentive. A third bed was not arranged thoug; instead we had a double and a single bed, which was not at all ideal. Plus the WiFi code has not been provided. Frontdesk Service: terrible and dangerously irresponsible. You must sign up 1h before to get the free shuttle to the center. But they sign up too many people and then force everyone to cram 9 people into a 7-person can. The lobby people and the driver yell hysterically at each other and at us. There arent enough seatbelts for everyone. No one cares. If you complain you are yelled at or they show you contempt.
When you check out and ask them to order you a taxi they refuse to because too many people are already waiting for taxis. The walk to and from the train station is extremely dangerous as it’s a very narrow one for motorcycles, bikes and pedestrians hauling huge bags.
Pros: the housekeeping cleaner was extremely nice and attentive! The breakfast ladies also made an effort.
The shower is often not hit enough.

"Het enige voordeel van de accomodatie is dat het in het centrum ligt. Helaas wel in een stille straat, waar ‘‘s nachts zwevers liggen te slapen. Niet zo lekker thuiskomen na de opera. De ontvangst was uiterst onvriendelijk, ja ik kwam laat aan, maar had dat al dagen van tevoren aangegeven, zonder enige response. Moest om schone handdoeken vragen, na drie dagen. Mijne inziens is de prijs te hoog voor wat je krijgt."
