'A very good hotel with a modern, spacious room (toilet paper can be flushed) and a kitchen. In warm weather, you can cool off in the rooftop pool. The staff are also very friendly. The breakfast is excellent as well! We were always warmly welcomed by the lady who prepares eggs and pancakes for you. In short, highly recommended if you are staying in São Paulo. 'The only thing good is the cleanliness but that's about it. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very poorly executed. Same exact meals with no variety. Staff was not helpful or courteous'

'First I got a room with a water leaking issue but then contacted customer service on WhatsApp and they were very kind to change my room for another one and even better. Good communication english customer service available. The area is very safe for solo traveler. I will definitely come back again. Thank you 10/10'

'O flat é confortável, bem equipado, os funcionários do hotel são educados e atenciosos e a localização é perfeita. No entanto o flat estava com cheiro de mofo e no domingo 09/11/2025 por volta das 09hr da manhã, faltou água e com isso nem conseguimos tomar banho… o que realmente é desanimador, já que nem fui ao menos informado desta ocorrência.'
