'I chose this property because of the great rating. I was not dissappointed. Great deal I would give it an 11 instead of a 10. Excellent units feel new and clean and modern. Reception attention was fantastic as well.'

I have two somewhat negative comments. First, very few of the staff spoke English. Finally, the hotel does not have heat. I was chilly for four days..... 'The room at the hotel was very spacious but the bathroom was very small. We paid about 125 eur a night incl breakfast so that's not very expensive for SP.it was convenient near a subway station. Breakfast was good but the one with fewest choice we had in SP. Room is also quit noisy (problem everywhere in Brasil I guess) although we were at the almost highest level.'
