'The hotel has always been a good place to stay for a layover the last decade. Rooms are fine and clean. The only downside last year (a bit) and yesterday appalling, was the shuttle service. They left me 3 hours waiting in Terminal 1. No proper excuse nor solution. The shuttle service is poorly managed. This they should improve as before.'

'Clean room, excellent/quality breakfast with many options, friendly and well-staffed, wonderful rooftop bar/restaurant. Great value to walk to activities in and around the Zocalo. Very close to the subway, bus, and easy pick up options for Uber/Didi'
'We had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly, and always willing to help. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and quiet and dark for sleeping at night. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a lovely bonus. Our bed and room was made and tidied every day. The *one* inconsistency was the shower, it was hard to get the temperature just right.
The location was perfect for our needs and desires, as we could walk to the market, the centre of Coyoacán, to Casa Azul, the corner stores...

We paid more for this hotel because of this service. When we checked in, we were informed that the next morning the shuttle wouldn't run for a while, but they would order a taxi (that we had to pay). At 6AM we're told there is no taxi available. In the end they had the shuttle running. We had to leave our luggage up to them. At the airport, we see one bag is missing-left behind in the hotel. One and a half hour later we're still waiting for the suitcase that would only take 30 minutes to be delivered. We ended up missing our flight and resulting in us having to buy 2 new flights for a value of over 400U$. And losing a full day if our holiday. NOT happy with their lousy service!!!"
