'Een prima hotel, schoon , modern en service gericht. Reistijd in afhankelijk van de erg drukke omgeving, zeker als beide terminals worden aangedaan. Het restaurant staat los van het hotel qua operatie , is eenvoudig maar wel 24 uur open. Excursie is zo geregeld. De omgeving is echter niet uitnodigend voor een wandeling.'

'The hotel has always been a good place to stay for a layover the last decade. Rooms are fine and clean. The only downside last year (a bit) and yesterday appalling, was the shuttle service. They left me 3 hours waiting in Terminal 1. No proper excuse nor solution. The shuttle service is poorly managed. This they should improve as before.'

'The hotel as such is very good, but the staff leaves much to be desired for. We chose this hotel because they offer a round the clock airport shuttle. We paid more for this hotel because of this service. When we checked in, we were informed that the next morning the shuttle wouldn't run for a while, but they would order a taxi (that we had to pay). At 6AM we're told there is no taxi available. In the end they had the shuttle running. We had to leave our luggage up to them. At the...

'It’s on the older side but for the price it’s great! Picked this location because of proximity to GNP which is where we attended two nights of concerts. So distance wise it was convenient but other than that we didn’t venture out because the area looks a little sketch! The staff is absolutely amazing!'

'Owner was great. He was helpful and honest. I did not think I had paid yet and he absolutely could have charged me again but did not. As a note though, he speaks predominantly Spanish so this may not be the place to stay if you don't. My only complaint is that the hot water was inconsistent and when it worked it took almost 10 minutes to heat up. There was also no AC, but that is typical for the region.'

'Excelente estancia, todo muy limpio y elegante, me gustó mucho la estética por dentro. Solo fue un poco complicado encontrar la entrada y no sabía que se tenía que tocar el timbre entonces perdí tiempo llamando por teléfono y no me contestaban. El cheque fue muy rápido y se nos hizo muy seguro el edificio con múltiples puertas y códigos de seguridad. También me sorprendió que hayan hecho limpieza de la habitación.
