'Swimming pool was closed for maintenance so I can’t have a relax time'

'Place was clean and worth their price. Since we like softer beds , these appeared a bit firm for us. But for many people they would have been perfect.'

'The employees were very helpful, and I found the hotel very clean.'

'Excelente hotel'

'The hotel was convinient to go to the basilica, breakfast was actually good for a continental breakfast, kitchen staff was friendly. My only complaint is the front desk staff. No one ever greets you when you walk in. The girl that checked us in barely spoke to us- never gave us any information like the wifi or the fact that a free shuttle or breakfast were included I had to ask her everything and she almost seemed annoyed that I did. Friendly staff makes a huge difference'

'Reception area lacks comfortable sitting as well as very basic room layout and amenities, not expected from hotel under “Marriott”. Breakfast was the best and staff was very efficient.'
