'The room was dpacious and super clean, the staff lovely and the breakfast very complete and fresh with vegan options. However the pressure was low in the shower, and the street very noisy. So it was a bit loud at night, but at least we had a wonderful view on the trees in front of the hotel.'

'Everything was very clean and modern. Loved it. Leo from front desk was very helpful and professional . Location is very good, conveniant, buses, taxis outside, very walkable, so many restaurants and everything else you need and felt safe. '

Gosto muito do hotel, sua localização, facilidade e tranquilidade.
Mas desta vez tive alguns pontos negativos:
A tomada do lado da cama não funcionava, cama parecia estar quebrada muito barulhenta, e tinha uma unha cortada encima da bancada.
Mas de modo geral não me impede hospedar novamente.

'The room was very unique with beds on both sides of a large curved room. But it works! The view was great. Lots to do nearby. Parking was a bit difficult as nothing is clearly marked when you pull into the tunnel where Uber and valet all combine into a tight space. Staff was amazing!!'

'Foi ótimo. O flat é muito bom, apenas resalto que é completamente desnecessária a calção. Fora isso, acredito que as corinas poderiam ser melhores, pois nos fazem acordar muito cedo. A luz não é bloqueada totalmente. '

'Já conhecia o hotel e recomendo pelo serviço, funcionalidades do hotel, funcionários extremamente atenciosos e localização (próximo a estação do metrô, bares, restaurantes, farmácias, entre outros). Não utilizei os serviços de estacionamento, academia e sauna. Sobre o café da manhã achei que poderiam diversificar o cardápio de alguns itens. A vista da sacada para avenida Ipiranga é linda.'

'The whole staff was very friendly with us. They offered an excellent service, a very good br akfast. Suitcase storage was possible. They recommended diner places althought they are their competitors. The rooms are quite big and reasonably clean. The price for a big city as São Paulo is very reasonable. We were very pleased to stay here.'
