'We thoroughly enjoyed three days of complete peace and tranquillity at Vila Santa Teresa, staying in a stunning room with breathtaking views over the whole of Rio de Janeiro. This is a very small, intimate hotel with only six or seven rooms, set on a hill surrounded by a beautiful, extensive garden. 'Breakfast was excellent ! Beds were terrible,we were three people and all the beds were very uncomfortable.'

'Top ervaring! '

'Alles was goed geregeld, personeel was heel vriendelijk. Locatie was perfect binnen 1 minuut was je al op copacabanna'

'It is absolutely a beautiful unique house with a gorgeous garden… the room was very spatious and amazingly quiet. Communication was a little difficult breakfast basic and the room could be cleaner but it was my first visit to South America and am probably too much used to European standards'

Ontbijt kon uitgebreider, en relatief vroeg (25 minuten voor sluiting) niet meer helemaal bijgevuld. Lift soms heel lang wachten, vooral als er grote conferentie bezig was.'

The property is in an older building tucked behind a condo, and it lacks a social atmosphere. It was also a bit uncomfortable having people sleeping on the couches in the main...
