'The apartment was very clean, and it is in a great location. Unfortunately, we booked an apartment with a city and ocean view, but there was no ocean view. All of the staff we encountered were great. Ligia, who helped us check out, was very friendly and kind.'

'I would like to say the view out the window was exactly what I was looking for. The room was very clean. The staff were very nice. The kitchen has everything that you need. Some things need to be explained a little more. I really cannot complain though.'

'The unit was not very clean and in need of major repairs and maintenance. The floors needed to be mopped and you can tell that the property isn’t thoroughly cleaned in between guest based on the scum stains in the shower. The property outside the unit is well kept. I brought issues to the attention of management who agreed it couldn’t be fixed until I checked out. After a few days of inconvenience I was moved to a smaller unit in a different property. Much better.'

'Review checkin process. Find entry codes and details about key fobs. Find out if there is construction next door as i was awaken every morning at 7am by construction noise. Verify everything works upon entry and request immediate fix. I was without internet for a day and had to wait various days for repairmen to come fix things without having a set time for their visit.
