'There was a wonderful view of the nearby mountain. The city is easy to access. There is a pretty terrace and seating area. The attached coffee shop was a nice touch. The place does play music until about 10pm so plan accordingly. The garden in the court is beautiful. The bed was comfy. Walkable neighborhood.'

'El hotel es muy bonito, lo malo es que por la noche se escucha mucho ruido de los coches y por lo tanto no duermes bien. Nos cobraron una copa que se me rompió pero fue cuando cerré las cortinas. La copa está junto a la cortina. En cuanto al desayuno hay mejores lugares para desayunar, el jugo de naranja que pedí era de bote. Y el desayuno estaba bien pero nada espectacular como cuando desayunamos afuera.'

'Very unique and pretty little hotel. The room was clean, large and very beautifully decorated. Getting the temperature right on the shower took a little time but other than that pretty perfect. Loved the layout around the little courtyard garden and all the vibrant and colourful paintings. The staff were really friendly and helpful. 'Posada del Angel is a beautiful boutique hotel, everything from the decor to the artisanal soap feels thoughtful and considered. Being there feels peaceful, the place has a lot of soul. It was an excellent base for exploring Antigua. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and always there for anything you needed. The room and surrounds are kept very clean. We had four nights here and were sad to leave.'
