"Very lovely hotel, located very centrally in Segovia. Parking was easy and hotel was bigger than we expected. Nice decor, historic building. Felt like a maze sometimes. Staff was very kind and helpful, spoke good enough English. Lobby offered free welcome drinks and some sweets. The room was fine, spacious enough and clean. We were disappointed to get two single bed instead of the double that we requested. No separate shower in the superior room, only shower in bathtub, did have a separate toilet. Room entrance was also outside of the main hotel, so if it rains it could be a bit troublesome. Pool was only accessible for a fee, and even then you had to make an appointment and only get 90 minutes. Gym was very small with a defect airco. Breakfast was fine but very chaotic, half of the time the buffet was almost empty because there were so many guests. Expected a bit more of a 5-star hotel breakfast."
