The house has been tastefully renovated and offers every comfort, including air conditioning for, a 4-person hot tub, an 8x5 pool with a rigid safety cover, a very large garden with trees, parking spaces, and a very quiet area—no risk to your vehicles. Inside the house, you’ll find three bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with a 140-bed, all overlooking the terrace and pool—no neighbors in sight—and a flower-covered pergola for your outdoor meals, a barbecue by the pool under the oak trees, a table for drinks with family or friends, a very large living room/dining area with a flat-screen TV, and a wide variety of dishes and tableware of all kinds in the fully equipped, comfortable kitchen—dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, immersion blender, plenty of dishes, utensils, and cutlery—nothing is missing. Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, hair dryer, towel warmer, and a lighted mirror; plenty of closets and a wardrobe; duvets, mattress protectors, etc. We provide bed linens as well as bath towels and dish towels. All bedrooms have blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep, as well as electric shutters throughout the house
