Villa Shiva - Annex. Country House with Hot Tub and Barbecue

The Dependance is a standalone, simple structure equipped with every comfort. It is accessed directly from the garden it overlooks. It features a bathroom and a living area with a TV, a French-style bed with a new memory foam mattress, and a kitchenette complete with a microwave, induction cooktop, electric kettle, and all necessary accessories. It also features a small desk for breakfast or work, a closet, and a comfortable, spacious sideboard.

The Dependance offers direct access to the garden it overlooks. The outdoor space features an area equipped for fitness, weight training, and calisthenics, as well as a heated salt-water hot tub—all available free of charge for your relaxation.

There is a loft that can be used for storage. The entire space is equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning featuring ventilation, heating, cooling, and a dehumidifier (Samsung). Guests have access to a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and iron, and a clothesline (in a separate room shared with other guests).

All outdoor areas are shared with me and my family, while ensuring everyone’s privacy is fully respected.

Rounding out the outdoor spaces are large gardens (approximately 2,000 meters) with fruit trees and olive trees, a small vegetable garden, and a chicken coop located well away from the house.

Upon request, you can rent bicycles and arrange guided visits and tours, both by bike and on foot.
