We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel was relatively clean, staff were polite and it had an amazing sea view. The hotel was let down massively by poor maintenance, many facilities such as pool waterfalls, outdoor jacuzzi, steam room, lift to the beach were not working. The shower in our bedroom was leaking so every time we used the shower the entire bathroom floor would flood with water. The breakfast was not bad but definitely not what you would expect from a "five star", I've been to 4 star hotels that provide much better breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is expecting 5 star facilities and service.

Das Essen beim Frühstück und am Pool sind definitiv nicht 5 Sterne würdig. Es gibt am Ort des Hotels keine andere Essensmöglichkeit, daher ist es sehr schade, dass das Essen im Hotel eher unterer durchschnitt ist. Die Zimmer sind etwas heruntergekommen. Vor allem das Bad sollte erneuert werden. Die Indoorpools waren nicht sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön.

Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Auch die Anlage macht insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck. Wirklich schön. Frühstück ist schlecht. Die Auswahl an Poolsnack ist ausbaufähig. Das Bad im Zimmer sollte saniert werden.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel drei Nächte verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ruhig, allerdings waren wir auch bewusst am Wahlwochenende dort. Das hotel hat eine super Lage hinsichtlich des Strands und des Ausblicks. Wenn man aber etwas erleben will in Çeşme ist man ein wenig fern ab vom Schuss. Wir haben vor dieses Hotel in der Zukunft mehrmals zu besuchen.

Tried to double charge us for food made my friend to rent a room for no reason. People were coughing and sneezing without masks on. Faced the most rudest reception. Worst service ever and haven’t seen a hotel that empty. Give it try if u want to waste your money, time and energy.
