De ligging is goed . Mooi aan zee. Voor een faciliteit in deze prijsklasse vond ik dat de badkamer niet goed wasschoongemaakt en dd eetfaciliteiten savonds vond ik okk mager. Geen gied a la cart restaueant

I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, as it is too cold to swim in the sea for my 3-year old (end of april, beginning of may). Unfortunately indoor pool was also chilly :( The indoor pool consists of a normal swimming pool (not deep, adults can stand though good enough to swim), a very small one for kids and separated by glass there is a big hot thermal whirlpool. I recommend the hotel management to at least make the kiddies pool warmer so that the little ones can also enjoy without their lips becoming blue after 10 minutes :( The hot thermal pool is not allowed for kids under 15 and we found out after arriving that you have to pay extra to use it, which feels like a rip off. Everything else was fine. Nice and friendly staff, breakfast was okay. Rooms are clean. The hotel has its own private beach with sand that is suitable to build sand castles and there is also a playground on the premises (adjacent to beach). Good family hotel, good value for money.

The property was 5 star in the 1980s. The furnishings are old, and in bad repair. It is very badly maintained: the entire door handle and card key apparatus came away, locking my husband in the room. To compensate, we were moved to a big suite ... which hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Nor indeed when we were there: we returned to the room next day at 4pm to find it still uncleaned, with no coffee or tea facilities. After we rang housekeeping someone eventually appeared. Other than the night staff, who were both embarrassed and moved us, no-one made the slightest effort to reach out to us, to apologise or even acknowledge what happened. Never again!

We booked a sea view room with a balcony but the room we were given was a partial view of the sea and a smaller room. I asked a couple of the members of the reception team, did not get much help, until Sinan helped us out. He was fantastic and showed us multiple other room options and ultimately got us into a 1-bedroom suite with a great view. He definitely made the entire difference for our stay. The hotel needs some renovations but the view is stunning, pool is huge and service is great.

The hotel was nice in a great location with lovely facilities and right on the beach. The staff were very friendly. The only thing the note is the hotel rooms are a bit dated and the wifi is patchy in the rooms.

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en voorzieningen
Das radisson Hotel bietet einen guten Service. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer jedoch sind einfach eingerichtet. Als Gast wird man hier definitiv wahrgenommen, vor allem merkte ich das am Hoteleigenen Strand. Die Service Mitarbeiter nehmen die Regung des Gastes wahr, wenn man beispielsweise etwas bestellen möchte. Auch die blaue Flagge ist am Hotel eignen Strand gegeben. Zu dem weist das Hotel Sicherheitsmitarbeiter auf. Ich habe Wohlgefühlt.
