We spent a 2 week holiday with a family of 5 at this magnificent property.
The house is clean, spacious, cool, with 3 bathrooms, 3 sleeping rooms, and a well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi connection.
The terrass provides for some welcomed shadow, whilst the (huge, hyper clean) swimming pool and garden around allows for great sunbathing, relaxing and a refreshing swim.
The house is cleaned weekly (as well as towels/linen change), the swimming pool is cleaned on daily basis (very early in the morning, almost unnoticed, done by very friendly but discrete people).
The outside view 's just gorgeous, with vineyards and olive trees, no living soul nearby, except for the birds, the butterflies, crickets and a small lonley lizard. Like a postcard...
The very friendly owner is most responsive for whatever question you have, always willing to help to rest assured the holiday goes happy-go-lucky.
There's a small grocery in the village nearby, and department stores in the town nearby (Chiusi), and a local wine shop on the access way to the house. The location of the property is ideal for visiting well known but authentic villages and towns in the neighbourhood (Orvieto, Perugia, Sienna, Assisi).
We highly recommend this property for a relaxing, great holiday !
