'It is extremely quiet. The personal is very kind and helpful and they did our laundry service for free. They are always willing to help and to make you pleasant it was a wonderful stay. It is in the baan tawai handcraft village. It was a miracle to be this close to the handcraft station. Highly recommended'

"Prima hotel met authentieke architectuur in het oude centrum van Chiangmai. Op loopafstand van diverse tempels en Saturday/Sunday Walking Street (foodmarket en kunstnijverheid in weekend afgezet/deels autovrij). Ontbijt voldoende."
"Lovely stylish yet traditional lanna style hotel in a quiet street at the Riverside in new Chiang Mai. Thapae gate and the old city can be reached by bike or on foot in about 15mins. Excellent restaurants nearby and a lovely modern supermarket as well. The room was huge, clean and comfortable and was equipped with all I needed for my stay. Soft, thick towels in the bathroom and extra available near the lovely pool. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold cuts available. I loved sitting outside in the garden near the pool and hear the birds chirping. Staff is friendly and check in and out went smooth. Very minor things I would amend: bit more light around wardrobe, and darker shades in the room to keep the light out in the morning. "

The staff were execeptional and the small touches such as packing us sandwiches for when we left, free minibar, cosmetics from L'Occitaine, fluffy slippers, fresh flowers everywhere every day just made it so special. There is a free afternoon tea every day which is magical and breakfast is amazing. I cannot praise this place enough. "
