'What a great cabin. Super close to everything, comfortably appointed, and easy to check in & out. '

'Big Bear Lake was a great getaway for our much needed family vacation. Our cabin was very cozy and charming. We had all the amenities we needed. Great location. Close to the Lake, hiking, shopping, & dining. '

'Cabin is great! Walking distance from coffee and yummy donuts! :)'

'good'

'The only complaint was that when we got home late with two steaks to grill there was no propane. We had to contact someone to tell them but didn't want to wait for the propane to get to the cottage we were very hungry. Disappointed. Please check the propane before each person arrives. Thanks'

'The cabin is in a great location right by the resort. It does need some attention though as the rooms are freezing and there were no space heaters. The big heater only heats the hallway and kitchen so bring something to keep warm at night in the bedrooms. The shower barely works, most of the water fills the tub and doesn’t come out of the shower head. Also there is very limited hot water so if you have more than 2 people staying here showering can be time consuming while you wait for the heater...

'Nice cabin. Very clean and quiet '

'The cabin was cozy and clean'

'we loved it!'

'The cabin is quite run down. The closet door in the master was broken and there were no hangers to hang anything. Everything was very tired and had seen better days. It felt like we were camping. The highlight for us was the jacuzzi and the football table, which we enjoyed as a family. Needs an update for the price. '

'Really cozy and clean home. Spacious and perfect for a family. Bing the things you need to cook well in the kitchen. Pots and pans are pretty old and everything sticks. Other than that.....it is perfect!'

'We had a great time at Bear Paw Cabin. It had every feature a person could ever want. It was clean, beautifully situated, and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. Every safety feature was available from fire extinguishers to carbon monoxide sensors. The outdoor jacuzzi was wonderful. The gas BBQ grill was easy to use. The living room was a comfortable place to wind down with a roaring fireplace and smart TV that you can log into your own streaming services. We had a small issue signing...

'Great Location Near Village '

'Water heater don’t work no hot water to take showers , my Daugher got Sick do to the cold company does not what to be responsible'

'It was really cold, the rooms were very cold and it was hard to keep it warm'

'Our house wasn’t cleaned before 4pm and the hot tub was not working. We were moved to another property without all the amenities and facilities we paid for. The linens smelled of perfume and not cleaned. We didn’t have enough towels and had to wash after one shower. When I called cool cabins and asked for a refund they didn’t want to communicate with me. They refused to refund me any amount of money. '
