'Check in was easy. Our room looked nice at first. The alarm clock had outlets on it but it wasn't working. I needed an outlet for my cpap. I moved the night stand and put the plug in the other outlet .it worked but there was a full bottle of water and garbage in the floor. The carpet was filthy. 'Upon arriving around 4:45pm, they were still actively cleaning the rooms we were assigned(requested adjourning rooms). We waited roughly 30 minutes before we could get into our rooms. Once in the rooms, the floors weren’t swept the best and sheets smelled cleaned, but had some stains and there was a dark, coarse hair on one bed. I called and talked to the front desk and they sent the cleaning ladies up and they promptly got new sheets for the beds. The pool was okay. Breakfast the next morning...

'Such a cool and hip property..in a great location!! The staff was awesome..super helpful and friendly!! The only complaint is no water or coffee available in the rooms. Kind of a bummer to have to walk to the lobby for a coffee, or to get a glass of water. But had a great bar, food options for snacks, and the lobby entertained my kids for hours!!
