'Our week at Sapphire Sunset villa was amazing! We were celebrating my husbands birthday with friends, and the house worked out perfectly. Check in was seamless, and Julian and Faye were just a text away for any questions. The beautiful beach, relaxing pool with SO many floats, and rooftop deck were our favorite places to hang out. We also enjoyed the fire table in the evening after dinner. Paddle boarding and kayaking in the morning when we had the beach to ourselves was also super relaxing....

'This not only matched the pics online but exceeded my expectations. The house and property were amazing. It is stocked with everything you could need especially in the kitchen. Views are breathtaking. Breeze is constant so you dont get hot. Beaches are very close. Not crowded like grace bay and just as beautiful. Having the concierge available 24/7 allowed for quick answers to any questions which was very helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future. '

'The property was beautiful and location was great! Only thing is there is construction next door so might not be the best if you’re looking to just be by the pool bc of the noise. We were out most of the time so no issues for us. Overall we are happy with our stay. '

'We visited PJ early July '25 for 1 week with our family of 5. Perfect unplug, reset, recharge vacation. The home was spotless, fully stocked with everything from Nespresso machine to tide pods to shampoo, conditioner and literally everything in between. The ice machine was my personal favorite! Beds were comfortable, the outdoor space was wonderful, Bluetooth speakers outside w/ seamless connection, gorgeous flowers to enjoy w/ your morning coffee. 'We had an amazing stay in Turks and Caicos. My friend and I brought our college daughters for a fun weeklong getaway. We were within walking distance to Sapodilla Beach and Las Brisas restaurant (ate there twice). We spent several days over at Grace Bay which was amazing but had to deal with some scary drivers. Leola was so helpful and communicative. Highly recommend! '

'Loved this home - spacious, clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Not much of a beach area at the house but still great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Cute beach a mile or so away which we enjoyed. Daphne was great and answered all questions. '

'The property was in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view right on the water. Very nicely kept property that was clean, comfortable & cozy 2 bedroom with a great refreshing pool area to chill out in after a Long Beach day. 'We had a great time! The location and beautiful sandy beach was amazing! It was wonderful having our family of 8 stay at this entire villa that provided more than enough space, privacy, bedrooms to accommodate four couples, and a private pool. The beach area with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas was a added benefit. We did one snorkeling excursion and couldn’t wait to get back to the villa and beach. We were so spoiled! 'We just got home from a 5 day trip and had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was everything the pictures showed and Daphny was an amazing host who was very quick to respond to anything we needed. The only downside to the stay was that everything we did was in the Grace Bay Area so there was a little bit of a drive each day but other than that we loved the location, the privacy, the house and everything else in between! You will not be disappointed if you pick this place to stay and we hope...

'Ariel and his wife were very supportive in helping with making reservations with the various activities on the island. They also provided help with finding the best locations for local food. My husband and I would definitely stay at the property again. The space and accommodation were well worth the price.'

'Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. '
