Gite du Cirque - Châlons-en-champagne

In the heart of Châlons-en-Champagne—also known as “the sparkling Venice”—come discover our beautiful region, rich in heritage, culture, and cuisine. You’ll be just a stone’s throw from downtown, the circus school, and the Jard, or “Jard Anglais” (a wooded park offering various activities). The city center, with its shops, is just a few hundred meters away. You can also enjoy walks along the canal or the Marne River, which is about a hundred meters from the property. The 160-square-meter vacation rental is located on the first floor of the owners’ home and features a spacious living/dining room with a bar area equipped with a dartboard. Vehicles can be parked inside the courtyard (secured by an electric gate). You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen, as well as two double bedrooms (each with a 160-size bed) and a third triple bedroom with a 180-size bed and a pull-out bed. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed. The cottage also features two bathrooms with toilets, as well as a sauna. Wi-Fi and fiber-optic internet, TV (Orange channels and Chromecast). Outside, the cottage also has a pétanque court. The rental rate includes bed linens (beds made upon arrival), towels, and utilities (heating and electricity). The end-of-stay cleaning fee is an additional 80€.
