'Left a day early due to cleanliness issues. Host did not respond to timely explanation of issues and refused to refund cleaning fee for unclean space, let alone the night we didn't start. I found an excrement mark on my towel. Anyone with pets or children knows this washes out, thus I can only conclude that my bath towel was unwashed. Spare towels also dirty. Floors dirty and in bad repair. Long hair left in tub. I respectfully submitted my concerns to the host as is required and was ignored/not...

'We loved our stay in this cozy casita! The place was as advertised, no surprises and had everything thing we needed. It was super convenient location wise, very close to all the shops and restaurants, everything was within walking distances. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful with anything we needed, which was very much appreciated. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we roll through Taos.'

'The room had a warm homey feeling. The onsite features were great, comfortable patio to sit in. Decor fit the Taos area. We were 3 blocks from old town. It was a very quiet location. We will return next year to enjoy. '

'We loved everything! Accurate description of the property. Full kitchen stocked with dinnerware, pots/pans, etc. We enjoyed drinking coffee outside in the mornings and in the hot tub at sunset. The outdoor space was my favorite part. Great communication with the host and easy check in/check out.'

' We had originally booked Casa Azul, but accidentally booked the wrong dates. When I contacted Melissa she was very understanding and graciously offered one of her other properties, Casita Juliet, that was available. The space was delightful, and even closer to the event we were attending. We would definitely book with Melissa again. '
