It is a beautiful recently refurbished duplex apartment, ideally located between the Brevent cable car and the centre of Chamonix, making it an ideal base for families or groups of friends looking to make the most of what the Chamonix valley can offer. With 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people, this modern apartment has a large spacious open plan living dining area that creates a comfortable space to relax in after a long day on the mountains.



The kitchen is sleek, modern with a marble work surface and well-equipped with Nespresso machine, full-size oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people with large windows over looking the Mont Blanc massif, so this Chamonix apartment is perfect for dining in or out. The lounge is equipped with two comfortable sofas, and smart TV.



The four bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people and all have beautiful mountain views. The master bedroom can be made as a king or twin, and comes with an ensuite shower. The second bedroom has a king sized bed. The third bedroom usptairs consists of bunk beds. All three of these rooms have access onto the first floor balcony. The fourth bedroom is downstairs, and has a mezzanine single bed up steep ladders above, which is a great option for teenagers. There are 2 family bathrooms and a separate toilet.

The Neighborhood:

Miremont apartment is ideally located. Just a few minutes walk up to the Brevent lift, with direct access to Brevent ski area and across to Flegere. A few minutes walk down the hill and you are right in the heart of Chamonix itself where you will find the tourist office, maison des guides, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.. The apartment benefits from spectacular views over the town and across to Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi too. To access other areas of the valley, you can catch the bus from the bottom of the hill by the town centre (Chamonix centre bus stop).



Getting Around:

The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summertime is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.
