'Vriendelijke ontvangst en tijdens het verblijf groeten de receptionistes je van het moment dat je uit de lift stapt. Kamer 411: invalidenkamer omdat wij enkel een douche wilden. Enig nadeel als je uit de douche komt is heel de badkamer nat. Frigo werkte helaas niet. Kamer erg warm, bij navraag leggen ze de airco pas aan op 1 mei, jammer. 'We liked the historic building en the location in the historic Centre of Troyes. Last time we visited we were far more enthusiastic about the Hospitality and services. We missed the welcome of the owner, and we were not amused the the breakfast was served the evening before, while it was very warm outside. So old bread and melted cheese. We’ll come back when the owner is present! '

'The property was clean, and everything was as it was described! My kids loves all the games. It was to hot to enjoy the hot tub, but it was beautiful. We loved being able to sign in to netflix after our day. The relaxation room was amazing. It was a bit confusing to get to because gps kept trying to send us down the wrong way of the street.
