Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen - Access via 3 steps to 2 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - 2nd bedroom with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together - Shower room/WC - Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (1.40m at its lowest point) with a skylight (2 single beds that can be joined together). Wi-Fi. Enclosed garden where your four-legged friend can run and play, wooden terrace (garden furniture, deck chairs, griddle, barbecue).

The house is located near the Vendée beaches and the Marais Poitevin (Green Venice), between La Rochelle, Île de Ré, and La Faute-sur-Mer. 45 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, 30 minutes from La Rochelle, 1 hour 15 minutes from Nantes and Puy du Fou.
